75') municipally maintained runway lit by the ARCAL system. There are
no landing fees. The private taxiway is actually a portion
of the original flight training runway used as part of the British Commonwealth
Air Training Program in WW2. This area is the ideal location for interesting flying opportunities across Western Canada and the USA. Canadian Customs service is available in Lethbridge, a mere 15 minutes flying time to the east and you are only 20 minutes from the US border. |
